To invest in UTOS, please note the following important information.

• Complete the Application Form.
• A full payment of units is required with each application (50units minimum).
• Payments can be cheque, cash or money order for which a receipt will be given.
• Applications can be lodged and paid at any Samoa Post Office Branches.
• Samoa Post Offices do not provide financial updates on investments but receive applications on our behalf and receipts purchases of units.
• If this Application Form is signed under Power of Attorney. A certified copy of the Power of Attorney should be submitted with this application for our records.
• Applications must be signed personally. Applications by unit holders under the age of 18 should be signed by the authorized applicants’ trustee / parents / guardians.
